Meetings – this section of our services package has a focus on the management of meetings as part of a strategic programme. We aim to devise and implement cost effective solutions using our expertise to deliver a range of solutions. Our approach is to treat your meeting requirements as we would treat the rest of your travel program. We adopt similar practices to those applied to corporate travel and offer the advantage of a familiar and integrated approach across both categories.
Groups – this service assists our clients with the most cost effective air and hotel arrangements for people travelling together and coordinates reservations for individuals travelling to the same event from multiple departure points. Our group travel services include the coordination of individual travel to events and the ability to combine group air bookings across multiple client locations and countries to take advantage of group fares. We conduct comparisons to corporate client preferred air programs and ensure that best fares are always used.
Events – this part of our services offers project management for content, theme, design, production and on-site support on a local level. A defined offering helps clients to focus on the areas of greatest opportunity. Event Management requirements can range from support with product launches and company parties, to conferences, motivational programs and team building events. At a more creative level – where involvement in the content of events is required – HRG Uganda will partner the delivery of Event Management through specialist agencies or hotel / conference facilities in the country.
